klatiTYPE is a typeface I built in code. Every heading on this site is set in it. It’s not for sale and not for download.

The webfont on this site is a small subset. Having a copy of the file isn’t a licence to use it.

1. What this covers
   The klatiTYPE font software (fonts/klatiTYPE-*.otf and any other format built from it),
   the source that generates it (tools/klatitype.py, tools/glyphs/, tools/jp.py), and the typeface design
   it embodies ("the Font").

2. Who may use it
   Only the owner and the brands and projects the owner controls (klatiPRO, klatiPHOTO,
   napip.ai, klati.one and future klati brands), and contractors working for them under
   this license.

3. What they may do
   a. Set logos, wordmarks, lettering and other artwork with the Font, and convert it to
      outlines, raster images and vector files. That artwork may be published anywhere.
   b. Embed the Font in documents (for example PDF) for viewing and printing.
   c. Serve the Font, preferably subset, as a webfont on websites and apps the owner controls.

4. What nobody may do without the owner's written permission
   a. Copy, share, sell, sublicense or otherwise distribute the Font or its source.
   b. Modify the Font or create derivative fonts from it, or redraw it as a new font.
   c. Use the Font, or artwork made with it, for any brand or product the owner does not control.
   d. Install the Font from an embedded copy, or extract it from a document, website or app.
   e. Use the klatiTYPE name for another font.

5. Ownership
   All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The Font remains the owner's property;
   artwork made with it under section 3 belongs to its creator, subject to this license.

6. No warranty
   The Font is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
